Requirements

Student-consultants will develop an action plan that addresses IT and software problems currently faced by your organization. For instance, IT project management students, can provide leadership in introducing agile software development processes in your organization. Create a workbook with templates that your organization can use for risk analysis, estimating costs and related tasks. Sample student projects include, but are not limited to: Designing/redesigning an internal system or process related to planning, organizing and executing projects, team and resource management, leadership, change management. Depending upon the major students will be able to build web and mobile applications, design databases, write other software code.
